I am not an easy person to please and I shopped around before finding this shop. I finally found this shop that was clean, an office that was organized, respectable, and hospitable. Louis (estimator), Eric (the owner), and the crew treated me with respect. They listened to my needs, explained the process, and worked to get my car done on time. Timing was an issue for me as I need my car for business and they got it done on time. The final result was better than before because Eric and Louis removed other scratches that weren't part of the accident for the same price. This group is service oriented and their actions show it.

I have brought my car here for all kinds of work over the past couple of years. Recently someone knocked off my side mirror and I was in a time crunch to get it fixed so I could continue to safely drive. They were really great about accommodating me and getting me on my way again quickly. Also, as I was dealing with insurance and the overall hassle of a minor accident, it was a relief to know that I was confident in where I would be taking my car. Erick and Louis are both very friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I'm happy to know that I have such a great body shop that I can rely on.

TOP-SHELF SERVICE! I had my car hit 2 weeks ago and went to Multi-Craft to get it repaired. Erick was super helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything so easy and painless for me. He contacted the insurance company, called the rental car services, and took care of all the details in between. The car was fixed at the time he gave me, and the car itself looked AMAZING. I would definitely recommend him for all your car repair needs!!!
